Online Registration
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
- Registration: There are new procedures and changes in the registration process.
- Registration for this event will be done online.
- The cost of registration includes a clergy and laity executive session luncheon on Thursday which is an opportunity to participate in the important business of the connectional church and to fellowship with other clergy or laity.
- Registration deadline is APRIL 30. After that date, only on-site registrations will be accepted at annual conference.
- Pricing for ALL registrants will change on APRIL 15.
- Retired clergy: Before April 15, there is no fee for retired clergy Members. Between April 15th and the deadline of April 30th, they pay $60. An $85 registration fee will be charged at annual conference.
- Lay Member At-Large: Before April 15, there is no fee for Lay Member At-Large. Between April 15th and the deadline of April 30th, they pay $85. A $135 registration fee will be charged at annual conference.
- Lay and Active Clergy members: Before April 15, the registration fee is $85. Between April 15th and the deadline of April 30th, they pay $110. A $135 registration fee will be charged at annual conference.
- To register simply follow the prompts as they appear on your screen.
- Bus transportation is provided to the event, child care, Conference Journals and Adventure Guides.
- Please make sure you review your registration form before submitting it and print your confirmation sheet. Once you make your choices and pay, you will not be able to make changes.
- Payment for online registration must be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). If you wish to pay by check, there is a paper registration option. However, the paper registration option does not carry the $10 online discount.
- Refunds for cancellations will be handled after annual conference. No refunds after May 8th.
Meals: The cost for the discounted meal plan is $185 for six meals.
- There are two special group luncheons on Friday, BMCR and the Candler School of Theology.
- NEW THIS YEAR: On Thursday, the clergy executive and the laity executive sessions will continue through lunch.
- During Friday’s dinner hour we will celebrate our diversity with a multi-ethnic celebration.
Adventure Guides: The special annual conference price is $3.50. You must pick-up your guides at annual conference. Orders placed after April 30th are $4.99 per guide.
Parking: The daily rates for parking at the hotel's garage will cost $19/day for self-parking and $24/day for valet parking. Day parking does not include in/out privileges.
Lodging: After you have completed your registration, click on the hotel link to make your hotel reservation.
- If you need a roommate, please have your roommate identified before proceeding to hotel reservations.
- Also note you will need to have a copy of your church's tax exempt certificate at the time of check-in at the hotel to avoid paying sales tax.
